The house lies within the "Parco di Cercina", a park under Italian state protection, in the splendid hills that lie around Florence. It has a private entrance and garden, where you will enjoy the private 5x10m swimming-pool with night-time illumination. Depandance Glicine

At 20 mt from the villa there is a one room dependance named "Il Glicine" with two extra beds and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and on Florence.

The interior is furnished with high-quality pieces in tasteful style typical of Tuscany, and is equipped with heating, dishwasher, washing-machine and dryer, microwave oven, safe, satellite-TV and stereo with CD player.

The garden, completely enclosed, is very well looked after, with typical mediterranean plants and paving in local stone, and the view dominates the entire valley that leads downhill through olive and cypress trees towards the old city centre of Florence; there are also breathtaking sunsets from here.
